2. Data we process
- Enquiries: When you contact us through the contact form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, we process your name, your contact details and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry.
- Bookings: To calculate prices and to book and carry out a transfer, we process in particular your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, and any other trip details you provide.
- Payments: Online payments are handled by the payment provider Stripe. Your card details are processed directly by Stripe; we do not receive them in full.

3. Purposes
We process personal data to answer enquiries; to offer, book, carry out and invoice transfers; to communicate with you before and during your trip (for example, if your flight is delayed); to operate the website securely; and to meet our legal obligations.

These providers may also process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the USA. Data is transferred only to countries with adequate data protection, to companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies
Our website uses technically necessary cookies, for example for language selection, the booking and payment process and security. We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; some functions, such as booking, may then not work.
6. Disclosure
We share your data only where this is needed to carry out your transfer (for example, with the chauffeur who drives you), with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, maps), or where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described. Booking and accounting records are kept for up to ten years in line with our legal obligations.
8. Your rights

Please send your request to info@swisstransferservice.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
