Your price is fixed in CHF, your pickup time is adjusted at no extra charge if your flight is delayed, and we are available 24/7.
Basel Airport transfer planned around your arrival sector and destination
Swiss Transfer Service provides private Basel Airport transfers for travellers arriving at EuroAirport, whether you are flying in for a meeting in Basel, a trade fair, a family holiday or a longer journey to another Swiss city. Because the airport has two exits, we confirm the right one for your route before you travel.
Tell us your flight, final address, passengers and bags. We come back with the EuroAirport exit for your route, the vehicle and a fixed CHF price, and your chauffeur drives you on from there. Behind the service is an owner with many years of chauffeur work in Switzerland, World Economic Forum weeks included.

Basel Airport transfer FAQ
Practical answers about EuroAirport exits, flight delays, pricing and cross-border transfers.
Is Basel Airport in Switzerland or France?
EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg is located in France, near Saint-Louis, and serves the region where Switzerland, France and Germany meet. It has a Swiss side and a French side, and after baggage claim arriving passengers can leave through either exit.
Should I use the Swiss or French exit at Basel Airport?
Use the exit we confirm for your pickup. Your destination usually decides the side, and we send it to you before you fly together with the exact meeting point. If your plans change, message us before you leave the baggage hall. For a full explanation, read our guide Basel EuroAirport: Swiss side or French side?
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight live, and if it lands late, your pickup time is adjusted at no extra charge. After your flight lands, the first 60 minutes of waiting are free. If baggage or anything else holds you up, send us a WhatsApp message. More in our guide to delayed or diverted flights.
How is the price calculated?
Basel Airport transfers are priced as a fixed amount in CHF, with nothing added later. Calculate the price online by distance, or choose an hourly package for a longer programme such as a trade fair day.
Can you take me to Zurich, Lucerne or across the border?
Yes. Transfers from EuroAirport can be arranged to Zurich, Lucerne and other Swiss cities, to Mulhouse, Colmar, Strasbourg and Alsace in France, and to Freiburg and the Black Forest region in Germany. Send your destination and we confirm the route and a suitable vehicle.
