About Swiss Transfer Service
Swiss Transfer Service is an owner-run private chauffeur service in Switzerland. Its owner, Mehmet Karadağ, is also one of our chauffeurs. Our focus is the journeys where timing matters most. Below you will find our team and how we plan each transfer, so you know who you are dealing with before you book. Who we are
How Swiss Transfer Service came about
Mehmet Karadağ has worked as a chauffeur in Switzerland for many years. That experience includes WEF weeks in Davos, when road access is restricted, meeting times shift during the day and passengers still need to be where they are expected.
Swiss Transfer Service brings this work together under one name. Behind it are our chauffeurs and a way of planning that stays the same for every trip, whether you book a single airport pickup or several journeys in one week.
We work mainly with three groups of passengers. Travelers arriving at or leaving Swiss airports want an easy start or end to the journey. Business travelers move between offices, hotels and meetings, and each leg has to fit the day. Guests attending the World Economic Forum in Davos need transport that keeps up with a packed program of sessions and evening events. In every case, timing comes first, and that is where our planning starts.

How we work
How we plan your transfer
What you can expect once you contact us.
Price agreed before you travel
Your price is fixed in CHF before the journey begins, and there are no hidden costs. It is calculated by distance or, if you book a chauffeur by the hour, as an hourly package.
Your flight, tracked
We follow your flight live. If you land late, your pickup moves at no extra charge, and you have up to 60 minutes of free waiting from actual landing. For Meet & Greet, a name sign is available on request.
One message to arrange it
Send us your flight number or pickup time and the address. We reply with the vehicle, the meeting point and the price. Traveling with children? Let us know and we add child seats.

Who arranges my transfer?
Our own team. You speak or write to us directly by phone or WhatsApp, and we stay your contact for any changes until the transfer is complete.
How do I get a price?
For a price by distance, use the online price calculator on our homepage. If your trip has several stops, or you would rather ask first, send us the route and time by WhatsApp or email and we work out the price for you.
Do you drive during WEF week?
Yes. Mehmet Karadağ has driven in Davos during WEF weeks before, so he knows what those days ask of a chauffeur. Access rules change from year to year, so it pays to send us your dates and program early. Our WEF Davos 2027 page explains how we plan the week.
